Shipping
We ship from Canada with care and intention.
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Estimated delivery times:
•     Canada: 3–7 business days
•     US: 5–10 business days
•     International: 7–21 business days
Please note: delivery times may vary based on customs and local carriers.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Tafrica piece. If something doesn’t feel right, we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
•     Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
•     Tags must be attached
•     Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is defective
If your item is defective, please email info@tafrica.ca with your order number and include photo or video evidence of the issue.
Returns without a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) will not be accepted.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled or edited after 2 hours of placement.
Please double-check your selections before checkout.
